Agreements
In order to book our time, whether hourly, per-project, or on a retainer basis, an agreement (contract) must be signed. No services will be provided and no VA/client relationship is established until the agreement is signed and returned, along with the advance payment requirements.
Project Related Supplies
Project related supplies & materials including postage, printing, specialty items, courier services, etc., are invoiced separately at actual cost. Receipts will be available for review at all times, and will accompany the invoice.
